The aim of the workshop is to get an overview of the general procedure of project management. Specialized terms will be explained, which should help you to facilitate independent further education through literature studies. With practical exercises and working in groups, you can deepen your knowledge and develop approaches for your own projects.

The trainer
Dr. Detlef Bittner has got a Dr. rer. nat. in Biology (Toxicology/Pharmacology). He graduated from the University of Würzburg, and became a scientific assistant. Today he is an experienced trainer of Quality Management, Project Management and other management issues. He has been a freelance trainer since 1997

Note: Registration of GSLS doctoral researchers has priority to non-GSLS participants. Non-GSLS participants pay a service and workshop fee of EUR 50 by bank transfer.
