Registration for the Graduate Schools Day on 3rd July 2025

The Graduate School of Life Sciences (GSLS) cordially invites you to celebrate this year's Graduate Schools' Day.  

To complete your registration, please fill out the form below.

In the evening, we have a barbecue session (either vegetarian or non-vegetarian) free of charge for those affiliated with the graduate schools.

To enhance the food experience and promote exchange of culinary flavours, we would be delighted if you bring some snacks or sweet dishes to share.

IMPORTANT: Please do not bring food containing raw eggs or fish (as refrigeration during the event is not possible). Please make sure to mention common food allergens and/or alcohol.

To ensure a wonderful party for everyone, we kindly ask for your support with the organization. Specifically, we need help with setup, takedown, and beverage distribution.

 

You are also welcome to bring family and/or friends with you.

There is a Tai-Chi session organised during the Graduate Schools Day 2025 from 18:30 to 19:30.

Please note that the Tai-Chi session has limited seats and will be catered on a first come first serve basis. In case of bad weather, the session will be conducted indoors with a maximum of 30 participants. Thank you for your understanding.
